Terms and Conditions

The Retirement Relocator™ report and any other calculations, reports, amounts and other information of any sort, however presented or delivered (collectively, the "Information and Reports") provided by Retirement Relocator, Medicare Alerts™, Medicare Navigator™, Social Security Answered™ and any other tools, products or services made available by RETIRETY, INC. ("RETIRETY") from time to time (each individually a "Product" and collectively the "Products") should not be relied upon as investment or financial advice. RETIRETY and its affiliates do not provide tax, legal, medical, financial, or accounting advice. The Information and Reports have been prepared for informational purposes only, and are not intended to provide, and should not be relied on for, tax, legal, medical, financial, or accounting advice. The Information and Reports are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. You should consult your own tax, legal, and accounting advisors before engaging in any transaction or financial decision. Calculations, amounts, and other information included in the Information and Reports are estimates based on publicly-available information and information provided by third -parties. The accuracy of such information, dates, and the resulting calculations and amounts are not guaranteed or warranted by RETIRETY. The Information and Reports are based upon assumptions provided by you (the client) and from information provided from third-party sources that RETIRETY believes to be reliable; however, this information is not necessarily comprehensive and RETIRETY does not guarantee that it is accurate. RETIRETY assumes no responsibility or the accuracy of information from third -party providers, including crime ratings, state and local taxes, opinions, healthcare, Medicare, Social Security, and weather.

RETIRETY recommends that you review your plan annually, unless changes in your personal or financial circumstances require more frequent review. State and Federal laws (including tax laws) which may impact your planning change frequently. You should consult with your tax and/or legal advisors to determine whether your plan should be updated as a result of changes to the law or changes in your circumstances, and for reasons that may not have been identified or discussed in connection with any Information and Reports.

The Information and Reports may not be relied on for purposes of avoiding any federal tax penalties and should not be relied upon as representative of any inheritance or expectancy. You are encouraged to seek financial, tax, Medicare or Social Security advice, and legal advice from your professional advisors.

The Information and Reports present the likelihood of various financial outcomes if certain investments are made, which will yield different results depending on the variables input and the assumptions underlying the calculation and other information. Analysis assumptions include, but are not limited to, assumed rates of return and mortgage rates. The assumed rates of return are based on an assumed annual rate of return of 4%-5%, compounded monthly. Since, in the real world, rates of return change over time your results will vary depending on where monies are invested and in which investments. No representation is made that a 4%-5% rate of return could be realized or could reasonably be expected. Mortgage calculations are assumed to be 30-year fixed at today's 30-year fixed rate provided by bankrate. Neither RETIRETY nor its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents shall have any liability for any loss or damage arising out of your use of all or any Information and Reports. All information provided should be independently verified. For example, the Retirement Relocator report provides information designed to help users to generally understand the additional retirement income that could be unlocked by the user's relocation following the sale of the user's principal residence. The report is not investment advice and should in no circumstances be relied upon as investment advice. The purpose of the report is to provide education on financial and estate planning concepts and to illustrate ways that these concepts may improve or enhance your current situation and future plans. Furthermore, Information and Reports for Social Security or Medicare are informational only and RETIRETY cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. Consult a Medicare or Social Security advisor before taking any actions.

Actual results may vary materially from the calculations provided in Products or Information and Reports because the calculations are made without regard to (1) tax of destination or property taxes, (2) tax at current residence, (3) the effect relocation may have on assets exempt from State tax, (4) varying ages of retirement of spouses/domestic partners, (5) the fact that refinancing of a mortgage may be for a different loan to value than the current mortgage, (6) the fact that the terms of the refinancing mortgage may be other than on market terms, (7) the fact that the reinvested proceeds will likely not generate a 4%-5% annual return, compounded monthly, (8) transaction costs in the current location or destination location, including brokers fees and transfer taxes, and (9) personal medical or tax situations. In addition, the calculation does not reflect other individual decisions that may be made, including relocation to a home that is of a different size or property class than the current home, or to a rental. Users are cautioned that estimates provided speak only as of the date of the estimate; accordingly, if the date of sale of the primary residence is delayed (for example, where the date of retirement is significantly later than the date of the estimate), variation from the estimate can be expected based on economic and market conditions, among other factors. Estimates of increased retirement income assume an increase to potential retirement spending power or income proportionate to the percentage differential between the cost of living in the current location and destination location, including the difference in home valuation where the additional savings are invested; actual changes will vary based on individual spending habits embodied in the expense component of net income. These factors, individually and in the aggregate, may cause actual results to vary from the calculations provided in a material amount.
